1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ei777 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any application through which ei777 services are delivered.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform with or without registration.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account opened by a Player following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-withdrawable incentive amounts credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before any resulting winnings become available for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the ei777 Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following moments:

1. Completing the account registration process and clicking the confirmation checkbox;
2. Making a deposit into your Account;
3. Placing any bet, wager, or participating in any game on the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not have such authority, you must not use the Platform on their behalf.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ei777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the Platform under any account name.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of ei777, nor an immediate family member of any such individual, unless ei777 has expressly granted written permission.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform accurately and in full, providing your real name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use fictitious, misleading, or borrowed identity information at any stage of registration.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. If multiple Accounts are detected, ei777 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and return only the original deposited principal (minus any bonuses claimed) to the verified payment method.

4.3 KYC Verification

Following registration, ei777 will request documentary evidence to complete the KYC process. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. You may also be required to provide proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. All documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

4.4 Account Approval

ei777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee Account approval. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be suspended.

5 Account Security

5.1 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. ei777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from the unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

5.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ei777 immediately via the live chat or email support channel. ei777 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.

5.3 Two-Factor Authentication

ei777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code at each login. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. ei777 shall not be liable for Account breaches on Accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

ei777 accepts deposits in BDT via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated at the point of deposit. ei777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit to the Account and that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed promptly. Mobile money withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. ei777 does not impose processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.4 Withdrawal Holds

ei777 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request where: (a) the Account has not completed full KYC verification; (b) there is a pending bonus wagering requirement that has not been fulfilled; (c) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or breach of these Terms; or (d) the transaction has been flagged for anti-money laundering review. Players will be notified promptly of any withdrawal hold and the steps required to release it.

6.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ei777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and the Platform does not perform currency conversion services.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ei777 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. These specific terms take precedence over this general section. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotional terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. The Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum bet size applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated when you opt in. Bets placed on games not listed as eligible will not contribute to wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ei777 does not permit bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple Accounts to claim a sign-up bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or using bonus funds in a manner that does not reflect normal gambling behaviour. Where bonus abuse is detected, ei777 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, and to permanently close the Account.

7.4 Promotions for Bangladesh Players

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events — including Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Durga Puja — may be offered at ei777's discretion. Such promotions will be governed by their own specific terms published at the time of offer.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ei777 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. ei777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a technical error has affected the odds or game outcome; (b) the bet exceeds applicable maximum stake limits; or (c) the bet has been placed in circumstances that suggest an attempt to exploit a pricing error.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on ei777 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our licensed Game Providers. 8.3 Sports and Cricket Betting

Cricket and sports betting markets are offered on pre-match and in-play basis. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other extraordinary event, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply. 8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed at the point of play. ei777 reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits where a Player's betting patterns are unusual or where risk management considerations require it.

8.5 Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or bet settlement, ei777 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet. The Player will be notified and any affected stakes will be returned to their Account Balance. ei777 shall not be liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a genuine technical malfunction.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ei777 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all Balances and winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to place bets;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or pricing systems;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes against legitimate transactions;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions, suspensions, or bonus eligibility rules;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ei777 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymising services to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ei777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, data compilations, and brand identifiers — is the exclusive property of ei777 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of ei777.

The ei777 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of any ei777 trademark in connection with any product, service, or communication is strictly prohibited.

11 Privacy and Data

12 Responsible Gaming

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond ei777's reasonable control (including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications outages, or cyber-attacks);
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or from the Player's own negligence.

ei777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by ei777's negligence — in each case to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

14 Amendments

ei777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility conditions — registered Players will be notified via the email address on their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a term, or additions of new game categories), ei777 may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice, though the updated effective date will always be indicated at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform after any change to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance before the changes take effect.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. ei777 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction other than those in which it operates.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. ei777 does not accept liability for any Player's breach of local laws in their access or use of the Platform.

Any dispute arising between a Player and ei777 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration institution as determined by ei777. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
